I have a Canon LBP 3060b laserjet printer connected to Macbook air running Monterey.
I can send prints but can't check supply levels or open the printer utility.
How do I fix this?

How is it connected to you MBA?
It is wireless capable so try the following;
1 - go to the System/Printers & Scanners preference pane and remove the printer from the left hand pane.
2 - add the printer back again using the wireless option.

I realised I was just not looking in the right place. When you open the utilities panel, the commands for things like printing a test page or cleaning are in drop down menus at the top of the screen.
I don’t think you can change the print density.
