card canceled when I did not ask for cancellation

Current Transactions not showing on Apple Wallet. Called. Apple advised VPN was issue. Fixed it going online view of I PHone. Apple Card now says I requested cancellation and they canceled my account. I did not request this and this will immediately affect credit score with Credit BUreaus. What to do to get this fixed. On hold for support tel number now 1 hour and 19 min and 50 sec.
