Network carrier

I buy iphone 13 pro max from US and currently i am in india and the indian sim is not working on my iphone. its shows sim not supported.whats the solution

SIM Not Supported means your phone is locked to a different carrier.

You will need to contact them and ask them to unlock it.

Until they do, your phone will not work with any other SIM.

Troubleshooting SIM Cards:


A. Whom to Contact:

Contact your new Carrier, asking them for a new SIM card. They'll configure it for you.


B. Location of Purchase:

Your iPhone might not work in a different country/location, than where it was purchased. So,
