Shortcut can record what I did?

Hi there I’m a beginner to shortcut,

I want to create a shortcut to perform an action in a specific app, I can’t find the action from existing actions so I wonder if I can just have shortcut record what I did?

for eg, I open TikTok and go to a vlogger’s specific video and start playing.
