I'm not getting email notifications of eBay bids

for 6 years I've sold personally on Ebay. but 6 months ago after adding many privacy options I'm now not receiving member bids. I receive emails from members when purchasing items. can make offers to purchase, Ebay sends me notifications but I don't receive notifications of bids made on my items. when I look there shows many bids that are expired. I've called Ebay so many times and no one helps me. so I thought maybe apple members could help and tell me what I could have set on my Mac that would have caused the problem. or something I could do to try to help. Ebay won't help even after dozen and hours of calls.

then this morning it dawned on me apple support could possibly help.

I'm not a computer guru I'm in my 60s and Ive tried everything I know. Ebay just doesn't care and getting older they don't realize we use this little $ to help now on a fixed income.
