Wifi assist off.
FB and IG turned to low data mode
Photos ability to use cellular data disabled.
Cloud restricted to wifi only.
So why does the 13 consistently use double the data? It literally has been double the historical usage for 3 months in a row after upgrade from the 7 plus with no change in user behaviour.
