Overheating M1 Pro

Hello, I ran into a heating problem for no reason, the laptop is a little over a year old. Most recently, I set up parallels to run games, played for 3 days, everything was fine, the laptop was warm, but did not reach extreme temperatures, until one day, on the 3rd day, literally 10 minutes after the start of the game, the laptop started heating up terribly, made a lot of noise in the cooler, and it started throttling, the game started lagging terribly, I closed everything, stopped the parallels, and then it all started and does not end to this day.

After what happened, I didn't take any chances and decided not to go into parallels for a while, but the temperature of the laptop began to behave strangely, during normal video viewing, when talking on FaceTime and a bunch of the most common things, the laptop began to heat up for no reason, the battery temperature reaches 39 degrees Celsius, the processor 60-65 in static mode, it was assumed on the forums that probably some kind of application that takes all the CPU power, but there is nothing in the Activity Monitor, no program uses resources at 100%, everything is stable , but the laptop is still warming up. I decided to reinstall the OS, demolished all the data, but nothing has changed, the laptop is still warming up, please tell me what else could be the reason?

At the moments of using parallels, my laptop was charging, maybe that was the reason for this whole situation? In the DriveDx program, the status "composite temperature" now gives 40-42% (the lower the percentage, the greater the probability of overheating, the threshold is 30%)

This is an insider pre-release version of Windows ARM. It is not a production version. Contact Microsoft to see when a production version will be available. You have to expect issues with pre-release versions of an operating system. It is in violation of the TOU of these communities to discuss beta versions of OSs.
