How can I get my mail back if I deleted it permanently

Normally no, but it can depend on your mail service. Some of them will allow you to log on with a browser and find recently deleted email....and some won't.

Check with AOL, or Gmail, etc, whoever your mail provider might be to see what options they might offer.
