Hi jwert09,
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Sorry to hear your Mac book is broken.
If it is damaged, it will likely need repair.
If the issue is mainly what you see on the screen.:
Try taking a screenshot to see if it is a software issue, or not
(See this discussion thread:
right hand corner of screen gone psychedl… - Apple Community.)
If more help is needed for hardware problems:
If you can take your Mac book to an Apple Store, someone there could help.
A Genius Bar reservation is recommended:
Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
How to find a store:
Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple
If your Mac book is fairly new, it may still be under warranty.
(Any damage you may cause is not covered under warranty.)
Apple have info. online about repairs and service:
Product Service and Repair Information - Official Apple Support
Hope this helps :-)

Actually, the broken case is not the main problem, the likely damage to the electronic internals is.
Get it to Apple. Unfortunately, mom is likely going to have to find out unless you have a right hefty box of cash somewhere.
We've all been there, and it's just not fun.
"you" don't fix it. It's a hardware problem. You'll have to have it serviced.
