iPhone 11 Top Speaker Making Buzz and Static sounds

Recently I brought my phone into the shower for playing music and when I took it out, the top speaker (next to the camera),makes a static buzzing sound. I’ve tried so many things.

right now I resorted to turning off that speaker or lowering. It’s volume. How do I fix it before going to apple or a professional? Thank you apple users and apple! ❤️

Overall surprising lack to volume control. I am new to iPhone and switched for a variety of reasons however am I missing something? Is there seriously still only a single adjustment for volume control? The seeming lack of control, or at the very least, the difficulty in adjusting is pronounced and surprising. I cannot find any setting to separate out media vs. ringer or other notifications. Volume on this latest iPhone are a decade behind what my vehicle is even capable of... well it is except when I connect my iPhone as it corrupts and prevents the vehicle from its full functionality. Calling using a speakerphone yields highly consistently inconsistent results where the ring volume at max is nearly inaudible but the call volume will blow your ears out. Lowest media volume is still double what's necessary making using it unpleasant for any loved ones at night. Is there at least an aftermarket app to fix what Apple presumably isn't capable of?

Speaker randomly turns off during phone call after updating to iOS 16.2 my iPhone 10 XR now after updating the iOS whenever I use the speaker, it randomly turns off multiple times. I’ve turned off the Bluetooth and have restarted the phone. Nothing helps.

As the iPhone isn't water proof, this is likely a hardware issue.
