Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I can’t log out of an account because we don’t know password. When I try to reset password, Apple says the account doesn’t exist.

I can’t log out of an account because we don’t know password. When I try to reset password, Apple says the account doesn’t exist. It pops us twice each time I do something telling me to enter the password. I just need it to go away and let me log in with my real Apple ID. Please help.
