Cellular data consumption of Apple ID Services

How to stop the cellular data consumption of Apple ID Services for 13 Pro Max iphone?

There is no option to turn it off, or to know the exact details. Everything is already turned off including ICloud and Photos), and it exceeded 1.2 GB in one night although i was connected to wifi at that time and did nothing special.
