Having trouble signing out of ALL MY DEVICES…have changed password etc…I’m limited to certain apps and sites..!! Please help..!! Thanx

Having difficulties signing out of MY DEVICES…can’t go on certain apps and sites… I’ve changed password etc but twice it’s stated AN ERROR OCCURRED @ boots me out…I have 1 device… iPhone 12@ 1 Apple ID…I’m still a student of the amazing iPhone and continuously learning…really believe my device HAS BEEN COMPROMISED…please help asap…really like the phone apps beautiful pictures etc…keeping the faith..!! Thanx
