Hey Bluegreenredyellow,

To start, you have an available software update. We recommend backing up your iPhone and installing the update as that installs fixes and important security updates. Both steps can be found here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If the behavior continues after updating, we'll need a bit of additional information. Is the Sent folder no longer appearing, or are you not able to send emails? If you're not able to send emails, these steps can help: If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If instead the folder is missing entirely, start with checking your email service providers website to see if the folder appears there. You also mention that your email settings are showing this is a POP account instead of IMAP. If your account should indeed use the IMAP settings, we recommend reaching out to your email service provider to double-check the settings, and look into this a bit more.

Keep us posted.

Take care!
