Can I stream to the ipadpro wired from a video camera to watch the action live?

I would like to have my camera (front facing selife camera) appear as a live feed on my iPad either through bluetooth or internal wifi or AirPlay, but without bringing WiFi or Cellular data into the equation. iPad does not support direct video input from other devices.

If you camera has the capability stream video directly to a web-browser, you’ll be able to use almost any computer’s browser.

Thanks. I am trying to come up with a way to stream live from a rear view camera on my truck to a wired monitor with 4K resolution. Cameras exist for this but only so much resolution on camera and monitor. Wifi exists for this but the latency to too long for real-time reaction.
