Hello,
I have a Macbook Pro 15", 2014 laptop. I am trying to add and send an email that includes an animated gif. I was able to add the gif to the email body but when I clicked on the arrow to send, nothing happened. It would not send.
Also, I'm trying to add the animated gif to my computer by clicking and holding on the gif but no menu comes up.
It's version 11.6.7 in Big Sur

I have no explanation...try a different .gif verify it is not a huge upload (file size) and compare your results.

this statement makes no sense to me... are you saying holding the Control key and clicking does not show a contextual menu dialogue(?)

download it?
save it?
drag and drop it to the desktop...(?)
