Hello, everyone!
Currently I have a MacBook Pro 2015 daisy chained with thunderbolt 2 on a LaCie 2big and a 27" thunderbolt Cinema Display. My question is: is it possible to do the same with a MacBook Air M1 instead of the MacBook Pro 2015?
What's your suggestions? I just want to update the computer and keep my peripherals.
Any help or input is appreciated. Thanks!

exactly what is connected to what using which cables?
My MacBook Pro 2015 is connected via thunderbolt 2 to my LaCie 2big, which is connected via thunderbolt 2 to my Apple thunderbolt 27" Cinema Display.

So I can use this and keep the daisy chain feature on both devices? I'll use on port on the MacBook Air M1 to connect the devices and one to charge, is that correct?
That all looks good to me.
There have been very few folks posting here who are trying to daisy-chain as you are, but none have posted problems, either.
