Can I use ear buds other than apple's
to improve hearing? Mine say compatible with Apple iphone, but don't seem to connect to Live Listen. I have a iphone 12 pro

To use Live listen, you need to be using AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, Powerbeats Pro, or Beats Fit Pro and your device needs to be updated to iOS 14.3 or later.
