Apple Pay itself holds no balance outside of the Apple Cash card.

Where exactly are you seeing the balance then?

It is either on a bank account or debit card.

If you mean balance on your Apple ID (nothing to do with Apple Pay whatsoever), that cannot be moved from there except with the help of Apple Support as explained by pjswiz.

I already know how to add money to Apple CASH IN MY WALLET. I need to know how to move the $700 sitting in my Apple ACCOUNT. So in settings I go to my Apple ID page. Under payment and shipping I have three Payment Methods in the following order

Apple Account - Balance: $745.47 (I added this amount recently from my bank thinking I could actually use it via Apple Pay

Apple Cash - Balance: $34.36

Mastercard -my personal Mastercard

I need to know how to move the $745.47 balance Apple Account INTO my Apple Cash so I can purchase things using apple cash. When I try to make a purchase using Apple Cash it says not enough funds available because it is trying to draw from the $34.36 balance. I have the APPLE ACCOUNT BALANCE (top on list) AS MY DEFAULT PAYMENT METHOD. Please can someone tell me how I can get that $745.47 moved so I can actually make purchases from that balance. It is just sitting there unable to be used.
