Colour on Nvidia Shield TV 2019 is okay. (HDR movie play okay)
Colour on Tivo Bolt 4k is also okay.
CinemaX P2B is configure for HDR
Marantz SR7010 is PassThru
All cables are HDMI 8K certified.
Not able to run Color Calibration due to UST Front Projection.
Any suggestions! Do I need to send it back?

Thanks! Believe problem is going to be with Apple TV 4k HDR. Device is not ready for bleeding edge users. Believe I have the following problems.
1) When device detects 4k HDR, it is configure for 4K HDR as default. There is no auto changing when programming is not HDR.
2) Another problem is with sound output from HDHOMERUN app. Sound is always output as Multiple Channel Sound on Marantz SR7010. Believe output is also hardcode and not a pass through.
Tivo Bolt's sound output is Dolby surround
Nvidia Shield's output from HDHOMERUN is also Dolby surround.
Thanks for all the assistance. I am just writing off Apple TV 4K HDR as not ready for prime time in Home Theater Configuration with next generation equipment. So Sad! For now only Nvidia Shield TV and Amazon TV are the only setup for Home Theater with next generation equipment.

Please try plugging the TV directly into the projector (bypass the Marantz) and also plug it directly into any HDMI TV. If the colors still all washed out then yes it is the Apple TV. You post does not show that you have done either of these to confirm whether it is the Apple TV or some other component.
Please unplug the Apple TV from its power source for 2-3 minutes, re-plug in and retest. Also try another HDMI cable and ensure it is making excellent connections.
Both have been tested with no results. Even tried to plug Apple TV directly into UST projector with 8K certified HDMI cables.
