Apple Keyboard on two Macs

I have a work Mac Book Pro and a personal Mac mini. I'd like to use the same Apple keyboard and mouse for both, but I can't find a solution other than to delete from one device and re-pair to the other each time I want to switch usage.

The two devices are not used at the same time. Any suggestions or am I better off purchasing a switching keyboard that supports multiple BT connections?
