Can I change my account/country region to USA if my family plan is on a different country?

I am on a family plan and the owner of the plan is based in Europe. I am based in the US and there are some apps I cannot download since they are only in the American Apple Store. Is there a way for me to download these apps without having to quit my family plan?

You can keep your iCloud account for Family Sharing. Then create a new Apple ID for purchasing US purchases.

Apple ID - Could Not Create or Could Not Set Up iCloud message.    *


When you want to make a US purchase, sign out of your iCloud ID in the App Store/iTunes. Then sign in with the US ID. Swap IDs as necessary.
