I found my iPhone 11 that was reported lost and now it will not activate

i found my iphone 11 that was reported lost and now it will not activate and says on the iPhone to go to support.apple.com/found. They want me to send it in. Who can lift the block off the iPhone?

Did you set it in Lost Mode yourself? You should be able to activate it by just logging in with your passcode. Did you do anything with your carrier, such as ask them to blacklist the phone? If so, you will have to work with them to activate the device again.

Thank you for the reply - I have apple care (AIG) and had the phone replaced with the insurance. I then lost the replacement iPhone but found the 1st originally lost iPhone. I cannot unlock it because it states that the iPhone has been reported lost or stolen. and cannot be removed from the account. Verizon says it is not blacklisted.
