How can I illuminate the Apple Magic " stand alone" keyboard of a Mac Book Pro, since the keyboard does not have backlight?

Does the Magic Keyboard for iMac have backlighting? I just bought a brand new top of the line M4 iMac with Magic Keyboard. I can't find any backlit keyboard settings.
