My Apple Watch did not ring or vibrate this morning and I am not getting any notifications it is not set to silent

Is it still paired to your iPhone? Try resetting the Watch. Press and hold the Digital Crown and power button together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The Watch should reboot. Check from there. If that does not help, you will need to unpair the Apple Watch, restart both devices, then pair them again. Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
