I would like to know if I had Apple care Plus for the AirPods linked to my account. Will I be able to change country or region of the account when I live in another country?
e.g. When I subscribed to Apple Music, I cannot change the account, will it be the same with Apple care plus for AirPods?

There are no region specific models of Airpods, so as long as there is an available Apple store or Apple service center you should be fine.
