iPhone XR on IOS 15.5 and Bluetooth dropping out

I've Had my iPhone XR since 2018 and just recently the Bluetooth has been dropping out on my JBL Bluetooth speakers in my room and completely disconnects from Apple CarPlay wirelessly in my car. When this happens I have to disconnect the paired device and repair it. The head unit I have is a Pioneer DMH-w4660nex. Any ideas what it could be?
