Suddenly I dropped my iPhone 12 on the floor no external damage but after sometime about 15/20 mins my cellur data says no service . Can dropping the phone affect my cellular data and I’m feeling my iPhone got heated. I mainly wanna know does dropping iPhone affect connection service?

Unfortunately yes, but nobody can give you an appropriate answer without inspecting your device.
It might be just a matter of ejecting the SIM tray, then put it back again. This would also explain the overheating as the search (in this case useless) for a cellular connection is one of the most stressful activities for the iPhone.
OR
it might be an internal component problem.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
