Is this iOS asking for permissions legit?

I was just asked by my phone to re enter my google password. Not unusual. But today I got a new screen saying that I need to give iOS access, to read, delete emails and contacts. I find it odd that iOS would ever need to delete my emails or contacts. Have I been hacked? I have never seen this

Remove a hacker on iPhone xr/protect myself Someone took my phone and then returned it the next day, for me to notice some setting changes had been done. Also I keep getting notifications on Facebook saying an unauthorized user signed into my account. How can I stop this? What do I need to do besides change my password? I feel like they know every time it gets changed.

Clicked on a link, have I been hacked? I was scrolling on reddit and clicked on link, it opened a new page land a pop up said YOU HAVE BEEN HACKED, you have 2 minutes until history is shared to contacts. I guess I sort of panicked and clicked the button it wanted and it took me to the App Store with an app I should download. It was at that point that I realised what had happened and closed the app and reddit. I then downloaded a bunch of antiviruses and scanned my phone and they said I had nothing. At the time of clicking the link my phone was one update away from the latest IOS update and I also quickly updated it. Would they have been able to hack me?

iOS is the operating system on your iPhone. If you won't allow it to read or delete or write mail, you cannot use the mail app on your device

The screenshot appears to be from a google site. At a guess, you're trying to log into your Gmail account on your phone. If so, yes, it would need to access all of those things.
