Recover deleted messages after trash is emptied?

My wife deletes her mail and empties her mail trash daily.

last night she was very tired and accidentally did this to her inbox, by mistake.

is there any way to UNDO this and get back those emails?

she backs up her iPhone 13 Pro, daily

is mail backed up in the iPhone backups via time machine as it is on my Mac?
