Lost IWatch

I misplaced my iwatch but i looked it up on the location and it gives me a address but when i look at the map it shows near the side of the freeway .

Also , it has red letters with a time and date , but my iwatch was dead so how can it be tracking it ?

is there a way to find out my history of locations if i can see its lasty location prior to this one i will know exactly how i lost it
