There is a device listed in my Bluetooth settings (Se013102ed8fe4f1fC) that does not have an (i) icon next to it, because of this I cannot delete the device and I don't know where it came from.

Is your iPhone connected to an accessory through a companion app, such as a health accessory, vehicle, or smart watch? This could be the reason you see the unknown accessory.
