How do I convert a video frame in Photos on my iMac to a photo

I have a series of videos in Photos that I would like to convert frames to a photo image. On Files - export - the only option is to export as a video or unmodified video. There is an option under Files - create - prints which links to App Store. But, I thought there was an easy way to convert a frame to a photo--how may I do this?

In Photos 4, you can open the video in the Photos library and click on the little gear icon on the right side of the video control box. A pop-up menu will give you the option to Export Frame to Pictures. The frame will end up in the Pictures folder on your Mac. I'm not sure whether that feature carried over to the newer Photos app versions.
