Is it fine to clean my camera lens by spraying perfume or body spray as they contain alcohol on a tissue and wipe it i have already done it a number of times but i had red that it may damage the lens so i am afraid i already damaged it

Now that you've validated that it's not good to use those kinds of substance as cleaners, it's good that you're not considering proceeding with the usage of them as cleaners.

I would not, considering they also contain other ingredients. See this from Apple. Cleaning your iPhone - Apple Support I use a damp, microfiber cloth, or my Apple Polishing Cloth.
