Face ID plus water vapour in camera lenses

My camera has liquid inside so I was wondering how much will it cost to open the phone n clean the lenses

MY IHPHONE 12 MINI GOT WATER INSIDE IN REAR CAMERA AND FRONT FACE ID SIDE. How Can I clear it please suggest me. Face ID is not detecting and in Rear Camera side moisture is filled completely. Camera side moisture will cover it when i'm inside of the AC Room and when i go out that room it will clear. What should i do??

foggy front camera lens my phone is waterproof and i had put it in water for a couple seconds a couple times and when i dried it my camera lens is foggy what can i do?
