2013 Mac Pro Hardware test code NDT001

I have a 2013 Mac Pro Trash none of the usb or thunderbolts work,Hardware test gives NDT001trying to figure out what part is bad any ideas,,,,,Help

Solved,,,,,,One of the pins under the cpu got bent and was causing the thunderbolt and usb to not work thus giving me the error message NDT001,,I bent the pin back and it fixed it all is working now and hardware test shows No problems found,,,, Yay thank you to the community for all the great advice,,,,,Dantcook

well I solved my problem,,Bent a pin when I swapped cpu to 12 core went back in and bent pin back and wala fixed thanks for all the good advice.
