Home app on iPhone shows all accessories unresponsive, MBA works fine.

My home app on my iphone 12 pro max on the latest updates shows that all my accessories are on responsive.

I've tried hard rebooting the phone, closing and opening the app but nothing seems to get it to work.

I am not home I'm on my work wifi. My home app on my MBA on the same wifi network as the iphone works fines, all accessories are there and responding. Switching the iphone to cellular doesn't work either and all accessories are still unresponsive.

I even connected the MBA to the iphone hotspot and the home app still works.

Any ideas?
