Copy of my pictures from old device

I cant remember my passcode from old device i don't have anymore and i hope that you can help me to get access to it to get a copy of my old pictures that is removed from my i cloud by someone who stole my apple id pass can you help me please ?

Recover Pictures from an iPad I am assisting someone to get into their iPad after they forgot the screen lock code and other information about their icloud account. We located the screen code, iCloud account info, etc., but when I power up the iPad, it opens to a Hello screen. When I connect to it in iTunes, an Activation Lock screen is displayed. I checked if the the photos had been uploaded to iCloud Drive. The photos were not there so that isn't an option. Is there a way to recover photos on the iPad?

i lost my iphone passcode and had to restore it as a new iphone. Hi i lost my iphone passcode and had to restore it as a new iphone to be able to use it (i was abroad and needed the phone ) when i check in my old icloud i have like 5GB of photos that i want to retrieve but i can;t as when i get into my icloud it shows me the new sync of the newly restored as new iphone. 1- how do i get my old icloud content back please. 2- are my non-synched photos erased forever from the restored iphone? thanks for you help!

To regain access to your account you need to follow the instructions in the article below AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
