This is my 2nd phone that will not play the alerts for messages. I have checked and rechecked EVERY SIngle SETTING, restarted etc and it only randomly alerts me. I am so tired of this type of issue on my new $1200 phone. I’ve missed numerous text messages and it’s unacceptable. I have followed every suggestion I can find on line to no avail. I’m not always getting alerts on my Apple Watch either.
