Battery Issue after update IOS 15.1 to 15.5

I want to change my iphone xs phone battery. I am from Dhaka, Bangladesh. As i contacted to authorised seller for repair they replied that they don’t replace battery for iphone XS now. With adding 19 thousand taka i can replace my phone. But actually Being a student i am not able to replace my phone at this moment. Please consider my problem and try to reply me as soon as possible with a proper solution. If possible I can courier my iphone for repair near any country for service. But i want a authorise support. 

Also I want to mention that after updating my iphone ios software from 15.1 to 15.5 my battery health degraded 92% to 77% in just 4-5 days. I don’t know what happened after the software update.

For thought...

Send-In Service:

It would take well more than 4-5 days, but ask Apple if send-In service is something they will offer for you. If an AASP will not make the change, then that seems your only route.

Contact Apple Support:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as necessary
  • Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
