How do I get my Macbook pro fixed when Apple Care won't provide any help?

My Macbook Pro's screen gave out over a month ago. I opened a case with Apple right away. Despite having Apple Care, there is no status update on my repair case. When I reached out to Apple Care support, they have no idea if and when the replacement part will be available. When I post questions here, Apple immediately deletes. I hope I can get answers from other customers in this community since I cannot get any answers from Apple Care or anyone else at Apple.

Does anyone know how I can get my laptop fixed? Does the Apple Care contract have any time limits on what is a reasonable time for Apple to keep customers waiting? Does Apple have a policy in place to replace Macbook Pro laptops under Apple Care if it cannot replace a broken part after a month or more? If so, how do I pursue such an option?

Waiting Out Support:

A. Supply & Demand is the Culprit:

Don't forget about where these parts are all manufactured, and what is going about (the coronavirus). So, low supply seems to be playing a big roll in this. So, you'll just have to wait it out.

B. Contact an AASP:

Another option might be to contact an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider). See what services that offer for this.

  1. Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
  2. Click: Service & Support
  3. Enter: your location information
  4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
  5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone
