We keep getting Roblox charges eventhough we have (1) executed Screen Time limits, (2) stopped family sharing except for two adults, set limits on what children can use/view (3) cancelled all subscriptions with In-Application Purchasing, etc.
I am sure someone has experienced this phenomenon of Roblox Charges mysteriously showing up. We request support from apple. We get the support. Sometimes we even get a refund. But the charges issues keeps occurring. We need help here.
We continue to get " IPhone Disabled" messages. Why is this critically important? My (a) bank(s), (b) business software updates, (c) travel software updates, (d) Social Media vendor sofware updates and (e) other service/support matters that don't involve games like Roblox are "locked out".
In some cases these afaorementioned on-line items download without a problem. Other times we get a message the Phone is disabled.
