Not sure how to remove this from the iPhone.

I have this kind of control centre on my iPhone (on all screens).  If you open/click it, you get for example this:

It is available on all desktops and every app you open.  Always there and you can freely move it anywhere on the screen.

I did download this once upon a time but do not know what it is called or how to remove it.  And that is my question, does anybody know how to remove it?
