Your issue is unclear, however, I assume you would like to hide the notification badges in the App Library:
Settings > Home Screen & Dock > [Notification Badges] Show in App Library - set to OFF

If you turn-off this setting, the notification badges (of which you appear to complain) will be removed from view in the App Library.
