I downloaded the new WacomTablet_6.3.46-1.dmg file. Reboot the computer and also did system preferences in privacy. It didn't work. I am desperate, any idea how to proceed??

What is the issue exactly?? Did you Control click open the installer>Open...
if you mounted the Volume did you click open the Install .pkg...(?)
