Outdated App Archive

Does anyone know of any sort of an archive that holds iphone apps that no longer exist on the app store? I'm not asking about an app that I had and deleted, I'm asking about an app that supports a product that may have been discontinued, but is still operational - think ebay find.

Apple store - Access to Apps applicable to Historical iOS versions I have an iPhone 6s, running iOS 15.8.3 - how can I access all the old apps that were once available for my version of the iOS back when they were available ? And how is a market available for older iPhone Sales without access to apps - or is this Market based upon Jailbroken devices ?
