Is there a way to download a discontinued app on iOS that’s no longer in Store? Like Karaoke Kids?

I’ve looking for a discontinued iOS app, It’s called Karaoke Kids by Red Karaoke, It’s not in my hidden purchases or purchased apps list, The App ID is 531805562, After offloading the app years ago, When I reinstalled it, it has Unable to Install app. It had my songs including It’s A Small World and more. Is there a way to download this IPA file from a website or iTunes? Thanks and regards
