How do I change the font size in the Notes app on my iPad

I have a note in the Notes app that has multiple font sizes. How can I change the large font size to a smaller one?

I tried selecting the text but I do not see the “Aa” button while editing the note.

thanks,

Hello Javaranch303,

To change the font size in a note press the + button at the bottom of the note, right above the keyboard, then in the options bar choose the Aa button. There's no specific numbered sizes, the different sizes are just labeled as Title, Heading, Subheading, Body, Monospaced. Just choose whichever one is the size you want.

Use Notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Cheers!
