Ugreen USB Switch not working on MacOS

It is working fine on Windows and Linux but not on my mac.

Is there a driver I need to install?

USB KVM Switch not detected by MacBook M2 Pro Hello there. I have recently bought a new MacBook Pro with an M2 chip. I'm running PC + combo, so to connect peripherals I heard from other friends running a similar setup to buy a KVM switch (with just 4 USB ports). Unfortunately, the KVM switch isn't recognizable by my MacBook. I have tried already three different devices and all of them are working just fine with the PC and not at all with MacBook. MacBook doesn't see that anything has been plugged into the USB port (checked in the System information). One device is confirmed that is working with her MacBook M1 Pro running on Monterey macOs All USB ports have been confirmed to be functional (tested with flash drive and USB-C <-> DisplayPort cable) Specs: M2 Pro (12 core CPU, 19 core GPU) macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68)

Unfortunately, macOS is a bit tricky about attached devices. Some work with Monterey; some just don't.

First thing I'd do is upgrade to the latest version 12.4 if your info reflects your correct version at 12.0.

Failing that, ask UGREEN do they provide drivers. I'd think it doesn't need a specific driver; my one UGREEN device works just fine. But I'm on 12.4
