Hey I might say this 2time but every time I login to iTunes it doesn’t work I put my email and password still says review

If you are being prompted to review and update your payment details, you should be able to complete that process using the steps from this resource: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support


Should you still be unable to sign into your Apple ID, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support so they can look into this further: Contact - Official Apple Support
